Big South Land & Tree — Employee Portal. Effective September 2, 2026.

Use of the portal

The employee portal at crm.bigsouthlandandtree.com is provided by Big South Land & Tree for use by its employees and authorized personnel only. Accounts are issued by the company and may be suspended or removed at the company's discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity performed under your account.

The portal may be used only for legitimate work purposes. Content you submit (tasks, notes, messages, form responses) must be accurate and appropriate for a workplace system. Electronic acknowledgements and typed signatures recorded in the portal are intended to be legally binding, equivalent to handwritten signatures.

SMS terms of service

By opting in to text notifications in the portal's settings, you agree to receive recurring work-related SMS messages from Big South Land & Tree (for example: task assignments, schedule and time-off updates, and document reminders) at the phone number you provide.

  • Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment or portal use.
  • Message frequency varies with work activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact company management.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Official employment records remain governed by company policy.
